Forkish Book - Dutch Oven Question

I just received FWSY and an EH bread cloche as gifts and I'm very excited to get started.

I noticed that the recipes create enough dough for two loaves.  Seeing that I only have one bread cloche, what do I do with the second loaf while I'm baking the first?

If you used a parchment paper sling to lower the loaf into the DO you can pull it out when it's partly baked - when you remove the lid - and put it on the oven rack next to the DO.  Then you can put the second loaf into the DO and start its bake while the first one is finishing.  Careful handling the hot cloche!

Or cut the recipe in half and make just one loaf, which is what I tend to do.

Or if you are retarding the loaves, leave the second in the retarder until the first one is mostly baked.
