Hello everyone I new to milling my own flour, just have a hand crank for now. I love bread pastas baking cooking.
And welcome to the world of milling your own flour.
I started with the grain mill attachment for the KitchenAid mixers. It worked okay for producing meals and coarse flour but couldn't really make a fine flour.
Later I bought a Komo Fidibus Classic mill which can make anything from silky fine flour to coarse meals.
