Anyone have the book, Coffret Traité de boulangerie au levain? Your thoughts?
I'll add to this as I'm hoping for some feedback on either one. Surprising dearth of reviews on French sites or communities. Also looking for some feedback on La Boulangerie, by Frédéric Lalos.

It's good, certainly I would recommend it to anyone seeking a more technical take on baking.
