psyllium husk vs xantham gum in GF bread
I see that many GF bread recipes call for one or the other.
Why might one choose one or the other for bread?
Tip toeing into GF bread and trying not to buy too many ingredients I'll use once and say "huh".
I want to make an oat based starter bread.
