ISO: Great bread, traditional bakeries in vicinity of Barcelona and Andorra
We're flying into Barcelona and then traveling to Andorra for hiking. We also would LOVE(!!) to eat great bread and visit some bakeries that keep alive traditional baking practices.
I haven't been able to find much information online.
I would appreciate any insights on where to find great bread and visit bakeries doing hand-artisan bread baking.

I can’t help you with the bakeries. But if you bake sourdough, think about asking the bakery if you could take home a bit of their starter. What a great way to remember your trip.

He's getting closer to opening his bakery in Spain. He might also be able to give you some pointers about local bakeries.
