Looking for a young baker to help open a new wood fired bakery near Chiang Mai Thailand

Hello fellow bakers. I am looking for an adventurous younger baker with perhaps 2-3 years of experience to help me open a small wood fired bread bakery in a beautiful location near Chiang Mai Thailand.
