"Dr. Kracker" Focaccia
I stumbled on this series of 4 "How to make" focaccia series of vid. clips on youtube. I enjoyed it and thought some of you might as well. I'm sorry if this has been posted before.
PS: Anyone know what can be used instead of the kanne bread drink or where this can be obtrained?

You could just use some sourdour starter, making adjustmentsfor the flour and water in the starter.
I did. Worked fine. I cut the yeast in half, as my starter was pretty active.
I made some and it was quite delicious!
