Huge notification subject
Hi,
my email notifications always have a subject in the form "[The Fresh Loaf] content type subscription for nicodvb: [actual subject]". I find these notifications very very long, preventing a quick glance at the actual subject. They don't even fit in a single line in my email browser (or gmail for what matters). Could subjects be shortened if I'm not asking too much?

Inclusion of a string like "[The Fresh Loaf]" in email Subject:s is a very common way to allow your email program to automatically move all these emails to a separate folder. (Most emailers have some sort of facility for setting up "rules" ...and the extra funky string in the Subject: makes it straightforward for emailers to figure out unambiguously which rules should apply.)
